Nicole’s unique approach uses traditional Usui Tibetan Reiki with a Shamanic approach for each session combined with her intuition, she offers guidance and mentorship to help her clients work through trauma to achieve a state of wholeness.

The term “Reiki” is derived from the Japanese words “rei” and “ki”. “Rei” signifies spirit, divine, miraculous, and soul, while “ki” refers to life energy or force. Therefore, Reiki denotes the life energy that flows through all individuals, particularly Reiki Practitioners.

Reiki is not a religion and does not necessitate belief in any specific deity or dogma, making it accessible to anyone seeking relaxation and stress reduction. Given that stress can contribute to illness and exacerbate existing conditions, Reiki is effective when used alongside psychotherapy, various forms of Chinese medicine, and conventional medicine. Additionally, Reiki is beneficial as a standalone practice within a healthy lifestyle. While Reiki does not replace other therapeutic modalities, it serves as a complementary approach for clients who utilize multiple therapies and conventional medicine.

In fact, many respected hospitals in the U.S., including the Yale Cancer Center, and Memorial Sloan Kettering, now offer reiki treatment, training, and education as a complement to Western medicine. More and more Doctors and Nurses are becoming Reiki Masters in order to offer a well rounded treatment plan for their patients.
